VENTILATION DURING APPLICATION PROCESSToday’s environmentally savvy customer is aware of the possibility of fumes in the air of their home during this type of process. Bay Area Coatings uses a customized exhaust system. This system consists of a high -powered 2450CFM fume extractor attached to an exterior venting apparatus. All doors leading from the work area are sealed during the process and all fumes generated during the application are vented to the exterior of the premises. Within 3 hours after application, the minor odor generated during the process dissipates to the extent that it is generally not noticeable. Previous clients have indicated their surprise at how little odor was present in their home during the application process.
